Dear Hearing Examiner,

I am writing to formally contest the above-referenced parking citation issued on October 14, 2025.

The citation alleges an expired meter violation at Main St & 5th Ave. However, the issuing officer failed to comply with Municipal Code §11.72.050, which requires photographic evidence of the meter display at the time of citation. No such evidence was provided or is available upon request.

Furthermore, the posted signage at this location fails to meet MUTCD standards for visibility and legibility, with the regulatory sign obscured by tree overgrowth at a height below the required 7-foot minimum.

I respectfully request immediate dismissal of this citation.
